Deepstop an Phantasea are members of the Tauch und Reise Company located in Schwetzingen / Germany.Owner is Hans Drexler.

Why do I have to register myself at deepstop to place an order?
You don’t have to key in your personal data each time you place an order.
You can check your purchase order status every time you want to.
You can get well directed information’s about any products you want to.
Add your chosen products into your shopping cart and finish your purchase at another day
How secure is my personal data?
Your personal data will be send by a secure line (SSL) as a encoded script. Your data won’t be given away to third persons.
How can I delete my account?
Just send an e-mail to

and your account will be deleted immediately.
How can I use my account?

Would it be possible to get a newsletter?
Yes, you can sign in and out when ever you want to. If you singed in you get a newsletter once a month. This newsletter includes informations about new products, special offers and events.

Payment
How do I have to pay?
1. Find your product at our catalogue
2. If you found a product just click the add to "cart" button.
3. Now you will have a look inside your shopping cart. You can delete or change the quantity of your chosen items.
4. Click the "checkout" button
5. Sign in with your keyword or create an account if you don’t have one.
6. Choose your method of payment
6.1 Do you want to pay by credit card, cash by delivery or cash in advance or via Paypal? Just choose your method.
6.2 : You can change your shipping address by clicking the "address changing" button.
6.3 : If you want to place a comment at your order just use the description field.
6.4 : Choose "continue" an check your entries.
6.5 : Finally use the "order" button and your order will be immediately processed.
Can I pay by credit card ?
Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal as payment methods.
What kind of credit card is accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I pay Cash On Delivery?
Yes. We ship COD with UPS in Germany. We normally do not ship COD to foreign countries due the very high costs and payment delays. If requested, as an exception, we can arrange COD shipments to foreign countries.
Can I prepay before shipment?
Yes. This is done by electronic fundtransfer to our account, specifying the order number. Shipment

Just use the menu on the left site to navigate through the product categories. You can choose a category by clicking onto it.
How can I choose colour or size?
If a item gives you the option to choose different sizes or colours just use this option at the product site.If the system don’t show any options to choose you will have the chance to choose at the end of the order.
How can I add something into the shopping cart?
Just use the button "add to cart" at the product site and the item will immediately been added to your shopping cart.
How can I delete something out of the shopping cart?
Click the button "shopping cart" (you’ll find this button on the top, right at the menu). Select an item and click the "delete" button. After you’ve done this just finally use the"update" button.
How can I change the quantity of items in my shopping cart?
Just change the number of items in your shopping cart and update the site

How can I find a product?
On the left site you’ll find a search filed. Just type in a catchword and press enter.If the search have been successful a site with all the search results will be shown.You also can search the catalogue manual by using the hole menu on the left site. And finally you can also use the manufacturer list. Choose a manufacturer and all of his available products will be shown.
Is it possible to get products which are not listed in the catalogue?
Yes, if we cooperate with the manufacturer we will be able to get all the products of this manufacturer

Can the goods be shipped worldwide?
Yes. We Ship with UPS or German Post/DHL Premium, worldwide.
What does the shipping cost me?
The shipping and ordering costs are automatically calculated and displayed during the order process. As a rule, within Germany and the EU, shipping is with UPS and in all other countries with insured DHL Premium Airparcel Post. For oversized or overweight shipments we can ship on pallets via freight forwarders. If you want to have your goods shipped via a different method then the automatically selected method, you should specify your prefered shipping method in the text-box. Is the german value added tax deductable for foreign shipments?
The german value added tax, currently 19%, is non-deductable for shipments to private persons in all EU coutries. Foreign companies, will have to provide a VAT registartion Nr. to receive goods exclusive of the value added tax, after verification. Shipments to NON-EU countries are shipped exclusive of the German value added tax. The costs, fees, taxes and duties of importation will be borne by the customer.
How long does it take to ship the goods?
We always try to ship all the goods within 5 working days. Unfortunately, sometimes our suppliers are out of stock or otherwise can not deliver in a timely fashion. If in doubt, ask. You will get an honest answer. If delivery time is too long, you can, of course, cancel your order.
Which shippers will be used?
Either UPS or Deutsche Post/DHL Premium depending on who offers better delivery conditions and benefits. As an exception we also ship via other carriers. We try to optimize the relationship between shippingcost, and reliability, speed and safety for all shipments. Naturally, we will try to meet your specific requirements.
