Fourth Element Artic Hat

With a classic construction of two layers of highly insulating, low-volume fabric, the Arctic hat is really warm. Warm enough for Doug Allan on the BBC's Operation Iceberg. Features a flip-up front and long ear flaps with snaps under the chin for added security.
