Deepstop Testprogram: Halcyon Light FLARE & FOCUS

Finally, the new Halcyon lamps are here, and these are really big cinema!

LED's are difficult to focus. Instead of using more power to drive the LED diode, which is inefficient and generates excessive heat, Halcyon has put a lot of time and resources into developing a LUX unit that produces a high intensity focused beam of light.
Powered by a unique LUX unit, the new Halcyon lamps use two reflectors and a Fresnel-
lens to provide a fully adjustable focus with amazing performance and greatly reduced power consumption. These lamps produce twice the power of a 21W HID lamp at less than half the power consumption. At half the power, consumption drops to 15% to the previous model.

Halcyon equips two unique products with this novel LUX unit:

The Halcyon FLARE™ lamp has a fixed-focus light beam in a compact package, for those customers looking for quality at affordable prices.
The Halcyon FOCUS™ lamp offers an adjustable beam that allows divers to switch from spot to wide field of view, suitable for shooting underwater video.
Both FLARE™ and FOCUS™ have three enclosed chambers that isolate the LED core, electronics and cable gland from each other.
High performance capacity is also complemented by a fully adjustable handle, suitable for both right- and left-handed users.
These unique lamps are powered by a small but powerful battery capable of providing more than 5 hours of burn time at full power. The typical burn time of a 5.2Ah battery is 5.5 hours.

LUX at 1 meter is 39,000 and at 5 meter distance is 1,550 (FOCUS™ at full power).

Included in delivery: battery tank 5,2AH, flare or focus lamp head, charger.

Deepstop Test Program:

our Deepstop Test Program is designed to give you the opportunity to extensively test equipment in the water. For a small rental fee and the freight costs (including packaging and insurance) we will send you essential diving equipment for testing. We are happy to advise you by phone or email and answer any questions you may have. If you wish, we can also provide you with the demo goods at a special price. An invoice will be enclosed. Otherwise, the goods must be returned to us in technically perfect condition after 3 days / 1weekend (insured shipping).

The Deepstop test program can not be used as a first order.
