V4tec Stainless Steel Tankbands are made from V4A DIN 1.4571 Steel with a grinded surface. The tank bands are laser-cut and the parts are, before welded under a shield of inert gas, they were prestresst to the expected measures. V4tec Bands fit very precisely. The weld seam is achieved in the progression of the band, intended by the expectation not to affect the flexibility and the gripping quallity of the tank band. An optimised- outline shape in comparison to other brands, a "notch" before the spacer attain a concentration of force-lines at the core of the band.The improved flux of force is able to dispense properly the shear- and tractiv force during the useage of your gear.

1,00mm valuable V4A Krupp Thyssen stainless steel, with a tankband width 62mm.The gripping spacer between the tanks has a strength of 5 mm and is inert gas-shield welded with the cuff.
