Deliveries in Germany
Within Germany, costs for shipping, packaging and transportation are a fee of 7.00 EUR
up to 10kg (details see below!). For packages with a weigth over 30 kg an extra fee of
19,50 EUR will be charged. All shipments are insured up to 500.00 EUR. Higher insurance
coverage is available on request. COD shipments within Germany incur an additional fee
of 3.00 EUR. Within Germany, our standard shipping company is UPS, on request we can
also ship via DHL / Post or other companies.Deliveries by UPS can be tracked on the
Internet. Each customer receives a UPS Tracking-E-Mail, with the appropriate shipping
information. We can arrange the shipment of very large and heavy items via freight
forwarding companies also including pallet delivery. Deliveries on account are possible
only by agreement. Our bills are due within 5 days unless we have made other
arrangements. The consequences of delayed payments are governed by German law.
Deliveries to countries of the European Union
Within the EU, the goods will b invoiced including the German value added tax of 19%.
Shipping fees are additional and are automatically determined by our web shop system.
In exceptional cases, the indicated freight will have to be manually corrected. In this
case, the customer will be informed via e-mail on the revised freight costs, and has the
option to cancel the order. Charge ON Delivery (COD) deliveries within the EU, due to the
very high costs are not a normal option, but may, in exceptional cases, be agreed upon.
The payment option: "Prepayment per electronic fund transfer” is also possible. Within
the EU, our standard shipping company is UPS. Deliveries by UPS can be tracked on the
Internet. Each customer receives a UPS Tracking-E-Mail, with the appropriate shipping
information.
Specifying a business address as the delivery address simplifies the delivery!
On request we can also ship via DHL/ Post.
Deliveries in countries outside the EU
Deliveries outside the EU, are exclusive of German value-added tax. Customs duties and
import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship outside the EU with DHL/Post
Premium (Russian Federation)or UPS (EU). Deliveries by UPS and Post Premium can be
tracked on the Internet. Each customer receives a UPS Tracking-E-Mail, with the
appropriate shipping information. Special shipping conditions can be arranged by
agreement via email. Deliveries to countries outside the EU can prepaid by electronic
fund transfer and Paypal. Non EU customers who purchase goods locally from Deepstop
can get the value added tax refunded. In order to do this you will have to get the original
invoice stamped by German customs upon departure from the EU, and send us the
original stamped invoice along with the necessary information to perform an electronic
fund transfer to your account. We charge a processing fee for that of 19,00€.
